Last Friday, we had the pleasure of welcoming 10 fantastic chefs from Vermaat to the Delta Agrifood Business — and what a visit it was.
They kicked off with a behind-the-scenes tour, meeting some of our brilliant DAB Lab partners doing amazing things across innovation, sustainability, and product development. Then came a tasting session, where ideas and feedback flowed just as freely as the conversation.
We spoke about what really matters to chefs today — flavour, functionality, storytelling, and how sustainability must be baked into every bite.
